Partner terms

1. Who we are

Nightlane is a trade name of Demi Group, Korevaarstraat 11, 2311 JS Leiden, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 97105767, VAT NL005252586B40.

2. Your link and your code

You get your own link (builds.nightlane.ai/r/your-code) and your own code. Your members can use either one. You can add a channel to the link, for example /r/your-code/instagram, to see which channel works best.

A visitor who opens your link is linked to you for 60 days. If they open another partner's link later, the last link counts. A code entered on the order form counts before a link.

3. Your customers stay yours

The first partner who brings a customer keeps that customer. Every later order from the same customer counts for you too, for as long as you are our partner. A later link or code from someone else does not change that.

Your own orders, and orders from people who log in to your partner account, do not count.

4. Commission

You earn the percentage we agreed with you, on the amount the customer paid excluding VAT and after any discount.

Commission counts in the month the order is delivered. Is an order refunded or disputed before we paid you? Then there is no commission for it. Was it already paid? Then we deduct it from your next invoice. If that makes a month negative, the balance moves to the next month. You never get a negative invoice.

5. Invoice and payment

From the 1st of each month you can submit one invoice for the previous month, with one click in your partner dashboard. You agree that we create that invoice on your behalf (self-billing), with your business details and your own invoice numbers. You check your details; we use them as you entered them.

We pay within 14 days of your invoice by bank transfer.

You need to be a business (a company or a sole trader). You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. How you recommend us

• be honest about what Store Build is and what it costs
• no fake reviews, no fake accounts and no spam
• never promise sales or results on our behalf
• no ads on the name Nightlane
• never place our link next to services that sell fake reviews or fake engagement

If a partner breaks these rules, we can pause the link and code and withhold commission on the orders involved.

7. What you see

In your dashboard you see visits, orders, status and commission. You never see a customer's name, email address or store. Your members' data stays with us.

8. Ending

You or we can end the partnership at any time by email. Commission on orders made before the end is still paid. After the end, new orders no longer count, also not from your earlier customers.

We may change these terms. We tell you by email 30 days before a change takes effect.

9. Law

Dutch law applies.
