€189 covers the full build. Extras such as swatches or a size chart start at €39. You tick them in the form.

We see your theme, not your orders.

Open your Shopify admin and go to Settings.
Open Domains.
In the list you see an address that ends in .myshopify.com. Copy that one, not your own domain.

Collaborator request code

Where do I find this code?

Open your Shopify admin and go to Settings.
Open Users, then Security.
Under Collaborators you see a 4-digit code. Copy it here.

With this code we can send you an access request. You approve it yourself. We never ask for your password, and we get no access to orders, customers or payments.

Store language

One language per build.

You pay on a secure Stripe page: card, iDEAL or Bancontact. VAT is calculated there. We start after payment.

Business in another EU country? At checkout, tick “I'm purchasing as a business” and enter your VAT number: no VAT is charged (reverse charge). Customers in the Netherlands and customers without a VAT number pay 21% VAT on top.

Questions

Do I need to buy a theme like Impulse first?

No. The store you like may run on a paid theme such as Impulse (about US$500) or Prestige (about US$400). You do not need it. We rebuild the look and behaviour in Horizon, the free theme from Shopify. It is already in most stores, and if not, it is free to add. A few features that come from the paid theme itself can differ; we tell you where.

Can I change things myself later?

Yes. Every section we build has its own settings in Shopify's theme editor: texts, images, colours, buttons and the order of the sections. You click and type. No developer or code needed.

How close will my store be to the reference?

As close to the reference as a Shopify theme can get. Layout, spacing, colours, type and behaviour follow the reference store you send. Licensed fonts and features that come from paid apps can differ. We tell you where.

When do you start, and when is it delivered?

We start once you have approved the access request. Your store is ready within 1 to 3 business days after your approval. You get your start date and delivery date by email. We build a limited number of stores per week, so every build gets a proper final check.

What is not included?

The logo, brand name and customer reviews of the reference. We never copy those. Importing your products, writing your texts or making your photos. App features that are not on our list of extras, such as collecting reviews, order tracking and post-purchase offers. Publishing. You do that yourself, when you are ready.

Can I cancel?

Yes, until we start your build, for a full refund. We start as soon as you approve our access request. Once we have started, the build is made for you and we do not refund it. If something we built does not work or does not match the reference store, we fix it for free. Consumers in the EU keep the rights the law gives them; see the terms.
